有了 COVID-19 疫苗接种、检测和治疗,许多地方的活动和旅行重归正常。但是,随着一波又一波 COVID-19 病例的发生(称为暴发),保持计划的灵活性很重要。
即使需要额外的规划,但寻找有趣的活动可以帮助您应对生活中的挑战。尤其是当您与社区中的其他人开展活动和拓展社交网络时更是如此。
就 COVID-19 疫情期间的社交和活动而言,户外活动不失为一种安全享受乐趣的好方法。
为什么选择户外活动?
如果身处空气流通良好且人员分散的空间,则感染 COVID-19 致病病毒的几率较低。
COVID-19 病毒主要通过人际传播。病毒会随着 COVID-19 感染者呼吸、咳嗽、打喷嚏、唱歌或说话传播。
身处室外时,新鲜空气一直在流动,因此吸入 COVID-19 致病病毒的风险较低。
以低风险的方式多运动
如果 COVID-19 在您所在地区传播,则低风险活动可以让您以安全的方式积极活动。通常来说,能让您与他人保持距离的所有活动均可视为低风险活动。
戴口罩可以提供额外保护,避免感染 COVID-19 病毒。
无论是在温暖还是寒冷的天气,您都可以通过很多方法开展户外活动。在您自己的街区或公园散步、跑步和远足都是常见选择。
滑雪或雪橇等寒冷天气里的活动同时适合一个人或一群人进行。在寒冷的月份找到有趣的活动可以帮助您更好地享受这个季节和冬季活动。
低至中等风险户外活动
一些户外活动具有低至中等的 COVID-19 致病病毒暴露风险。总的来说,与人群接触越少的活动发生病毒暴露的风险越低。
宽敞的户外露台餐厅,餐桌间隔开来,通常比室内用餐更安全。
在户外与一小群朋友聚会可能是一个不错的选择。
对于海滩或游泳池,导致这些地方的活动存在风险的原因是与他人的密切接触,而不是水本身。水本身并不会在人与人之间传播 COVID-19 致病病毒。
高风险的户外活动
在大型集会或人群密集的地方,很难保持安全距离,这使得一些户外活动存在较高的 COVID-19 病毒暴露风险。比如说,节日庆典和游行。
